Have you heard about lip tints before? It’s a liquid type of lip product which stains your lips for a long lasting and wearable look during the day, so you don’t have to worry about constantly reapplying during the day! It’s most popular use is for the gradient lip look, which gives the effect that you’ve just eaten something staining like a cherry, but you can also use them for a full coverage look.

This type of lip product is a must have in Asian beauty, so I’m really happy to finally try one. A big thank you to Kosmeshop for sending me this to review.

Tonymoly Liptone Get It Tint - #3 Play Orange

Volume: 9.5g

Weight: 59g

Price: US$7.77

Description: Vivid red orange colour that gives vivid colour on lips.
Light weight tint that gives vivid color & natural shine.
GET! Vivid color with moistful finish.

How to use:
When wanting natural looking lip color, make gradation.
When wanting strong makeup, dab one or two more times.

Design: With similar packaging to nail polish, it has double leakage proof design as there is a square cap and the lip with the applicator wand attached. The size and shape is very easy to fit into your daily cosmetic pouch. I like the simple design of it – it’s easy to see the colour of the product and the quantity inside.

Colour: It’s a blood orange shade which has a nice fruit scent. I think it’s like a nice coral shade which is nice if you’re looking for something a bit different than pink, but don’t want to go for something as bold as red. It dries pretty fast, so make sure to work quickly in applying it. Once dry I found that it lasted for around 5 hours after drinking and eating.

Texture: I would say it’s a creamy  texture and very pigmented in colour. It’s very easy to build the product which is perfect if you’re going for the gradient look. This lip tint dries with a slightly moist finish.

Application: First of apologies for the dramatic change in photo quality, I thought it’ll be easier to take photos with my phone instead of dlsr but I didn’t think the change in quality would be that great ahah;;

These are just some quick shots I took to show what the lip tint looks like on my lips. My lips are pretty pink, so if I want to go for the gradient look, I usually dab some bb cream onto my lips. I know some people use concealer but I find it too drying. At the moment my currently use Innisfree’s Water Glow Cushion for my face, which is used for a dewy look so I think it’s perfect to put on my lips for this look^^

From left to right:

  • lips with bb cream
  • how I apply the tint lip and dab it out for a gradient look
  • lip tint with 2 layers completing covering my lips

Final Thoughts: it’s a simple product to use, especially for the gradient look. I really love the colour and how it can last for most of the day so I definitely would considering repurchasing this, especially to try out the other colours! I like the look of the pink shades they have.

Hello everyone! In this post I’ll be reviewing Bunny Color Brown circle lenses which have been kindly sponsored by Klenspop. I think they are perfect if you’re looking for a natural yet noticeable pair of lenses to wear.

Klenspop is located in South Korea and they sell circle lenses and Korean cosmetics. They stock a variety of lenses including toric, daily, weekly, yearly types in a range of different colours and designs and have manufacturers such as the popular Geo, Neo Vision and EOS. Their lenses are priced from around US$13 onwards, and there’s a quite a few lenses on currently on sale which is great for trying out new brands.

Order Info

Klenspop sent out the package around the 20th April and I received them on the 4th May. It was sent in a box and the lens box was securely wrapped in bubblewrap. I think it’s cute how they have their own branded box which they put the lenses into.

I think one of the great things about ordering with Klenspop is in each other there’s an informative guide on how to wear and look after contact lenses. I was surprised to see it inside, and it’s really useful for people who are new to wearing them. There’s tips such as if the lenses irritate you and how to figure through the problem. Or if you already know about that info, you can give it to a friend who is interested about wearing them! 👌

Each order also comes with a contact lens case and a handy pair of plastic tweezers to help handle the lenses.

BUNNY COLOR BROWN

Brand: LENSPOP

Diameter: 14mm

Graphic Diameter: 13.8mm

Water Content: 38%

Base Curve: 8.6mm

Design: ★★★★★
I absolutely love the design and the way it gives a natural lighter look to my eye colour! The different flecks and shades of brown allow the colours to blend nicely with your natural eye colour, and the rough meshing of the pattern and colours towards the middle also help them look less harsh on your eyes. I think the golden brown in the lenses really helps bring out the brown in my eyes.  The limbal ring is composed of dense brown dots, so it’s not as bold as if were to be black, but still enough for a dolly effect if that’s what you’re looking for.

The image below has the right lens flipped inside out – it’s easy to tell from the pattern if you’re wearing the wrong way! 👍

Enlargement: ★★★★★
These are surprising enlarging for lens 14.0mm in diameter! Great if you’re just looking for a subtle enlargement but don’t want anything too dramatic.

Comfort: ★★★★★
They’re very comfortable to wear! I only had to put some eyedrops in the morning and I was fine for the rest of the day. So far I’ve worn these for around 8 hours and I felt no irritation. The lenses also feel pretty thin so you can hardly feel they’re in your eyes while you’re wearing them.

Overall thoughts:
I definitely recommend the Bunny Color Brown circle lenses! They’re really comfy to wear, of high quailty and I love how natural they look but still give a nice pop of colour to my eyes. Plus they’re affordable (currently on sale for US$15.00!). Perfect for everyday wear ✨
